Reflection and feedback

1. Did you like the book? Why/Why not?

This book was OK but I say it is a good book. It had a lot of upward parts and downward parts. It good to talk about with other people
.

2. What was your favorite part?

My favourite part was when they had to start going on their journey over the White Mountain. I like this because it was exciting from then until on.

3. What do you think the message of the story was?

To always be prospered for a trip. Or what how ever is able to survive you should do it.

4. How did you like the Literature Circles assignment? What suggestions would?

You make to improve it?

The thinks I would like to improve in would be the response from the questions. And the passage. Because I did not put in the right amount of effort on it.

5. After talking with your classmates, which of the novels that you did not read, would you like to read next?
I would like to read
Hecht because it sounds good.

I Marked Jakob's Blogger (blogpost #4)

I had Humanities last Tuesday, we were going to be having our first Literature circle that day. I and a couple pf my friends are reading Maroo of the Winter Caves by Ann Turnbull. We Began our discussion with passages that we thought were important in the book. After that we asked questions about Maroo t the book and shared our opinions about the answers that we gave. Then we shared the vocab that we had found in the book. We had a lot of fun with or first Literature circle on. We stayed focused the whole time and did very well in my opinion. My opinion about the book is just okay it is not my favorite book I have ever read but it is okay. I also think that the book will get more interesting the more I get into it, so that is what I am waiting for. The discussions are fun and interesting because you get to hear other peoples points of views on the book. I can't wait for the next Literature circle!!!!!!!!!!!

This is what I read and had to make for Jakob Mann in my lit circle group. In the group we wore reading Maroo of the winter caves.

The good things about this were that he:

  • Added all the things that hour group did.
  • It was good to me that he said what he liked and disliked about the book and what we had to do.
  • To me it was good that he expired has fillings on his blog post.

Now the thing that I thought was bad or grammar that he wrong was:

  • Instant of pf in the sentence=I and a couple pf my friends are reading Maroo of the Winter Caves by Ann Turnbull. I think his mint of instead of PF.
  • He put T were there shouldn’t be and it was in the sentence= after that we asked questions about Maroo t the book and shared our opinions about the answers that we gave.
  • I was meant to mark blog post 2, 3 but they wore not there so he should write something for that.
  • He spelled Favourite wrong he spelled it like favorite.

But I Thing That It Was Good.

A Passage That I Had To Write About ( blog post #20

I was asked to find a passage that was important to the story. Me my self chooses this impotent passage on page 65. This passage was important to me since it showed to me that there are different types of ways to make a fire. Like with bone, rock, ash and rubbing to sticks together which will make ash with you rob in good enough. Being able to make different ways to make fire really help when you are on a deserted island. Fire has many uses like for cooking food, warmth, light and can be used for celebrating Fire is probably your best risers on a island. You now know that fire does and how useful it is I have just about told you all I know.

lit circle 9 blog post #1)

Last week I was put in a group of 4. We had a few task to do which was to read the book Maroo of the Winter Caves. In the first task that I had to do was to Read the first 3 chapters (19 pages). In those 19 pages (1, 2, 3 chapters) there was lots of infomaion to fallow. 1 of the thing that happened was that maroo had never seen the sea and those that wore in a trap of people from 10-20 people. Maroos trap started too planed to leave the cave that they lived in.

After reading the first 3 chapters (19 pages). The all the group had to do complete the literature circle discussion sheet. But each group had to do this on the book they wore reading. On the sheet the class had to get a passage from the book. We had to each find some different questions from the book. Then answer them. The last thing that I had to do was to find 2 vocabularies that you liked. This was due on Tuesday. Every week we had one of these until the book is done.

My group had to share their ideas with in hour group on Tuesday. So every Tuesday we had to read a serene amount of chapters. The worst thing about doing this was that I had to do it by myself. NOT IN A GROUP. But the thing that I liked about this was that we got to share it in a group and see what they did. From doing this I learnt how to mach tea or hot water without having a canister. The very last thing that we had to do was to hand it in so the teacher can mark it. But I was wrong. We had to get hour score back.

It would be to stay on task all the time.
Getting to work and help nicely with other people.
